The buyer of your boat will be likely to engage a surveyor to assess your yacht. Be forewarned of issues that may affect the value of your boat that will be picked up during the survey.
The Yacht Sellers Survey gives you the opportunity to get quotes for repair, or to have repairs carried out so that you are armed with the necessary information when the buyer comes back with his survey findings. Having the necessary information up front allows you to negotiate from a position of knowledge.
The Yacht Sellers Survey is a full condition survey, unless you request a limited scope survey.
Maple Marine's surveyors will not survey a yacht if already commissioned to survey the boat by a buyer. This would represent a conflict of interest that would be contrary to the ethics of Maple Marine.
